Vegetable Shira-Ae - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 tofu
2 Tbsp. sake
2 Tbsp. soy sauce or miso
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. roasted sesame seed
Preparation

Place tofu on paper towel, changing paper towel until most of water has drained out.
Put tofu in bowl and mash with fork or potato masher.
Grind roasted sesame seed and add with rest of ingredients to tofu.
Mix well.
Use as dressing on boiled vegetables.
Serves 4 to 6.
