Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer, cut up
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1 egg, beaten
    2 c. milk
    2 c. flour
    1 to 2 qt. cooking oil
Preparation
    Season chicken with salt, pepper and paprika.
    Combine egg and milk.
    Dip chicken in egg mixture.
    Drop into paper bag with flour.
    Shake to coat.
    Place in hot oil in heavy deep skillet. Cover.
    Fry at 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 until brown.
    Serves 4.
