Chicken And Stuffing Scallop - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. seasoned stuffing (3 1/2 c.)
3 c. cubed chicken
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
4 c. chicken broth
6 slightly beaten eggs
1 recipe pimento mushroom sauce
Preparation

Prepare stuffing according to package directions.
Spread in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Top with layer of chicken.
In large saucepan melt butter.
Blend flour and seasonings.
Add cool broth.
Cook and stir until mixture thickens.
Stir small amount of mixture into eggs.
Return to hot mix.
Pour over chicken. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes to set. Cut in squares to serve with pimento mushroom sauce.
