Baked Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 cooked, peeled and diced potatoes
    1 lb. American cheese, sliced in strips
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. sour cream (if desired)
    1/2 lb. partially fried bacon, chopped
Preparation
    Combine the first 5 ingredients.
    Place in 9 x 13-inch pan and top with bacon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes.
