Creamy Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. orange or pineapple juice
    3 large apples, cubed
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
    2 Tbsp. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. chopped pecans
    2 Tbsp. raisins
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese, sugar and juice in a small bowl; stir well and set mixture aside.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Add cream cheese mixture to apple mixture; toss gently.
    Cover and chill.
    Toss again before serving.
    Serve in lettuce lined bowl. Serves 6 to 8.
