African Rice Dishes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    whole cabbage, 1 or 2 bunches collards, 2 or 3 frozen collards or sweet potato leaves
    water
    2 Tbsp. tomato paste
    3 or 4 beef bouillon cubes, crushed
    meat (chicken and/or beef)
Preparation
    Wilt greens in hot oil.
    Do not brown.
    Add water to cover. Cook rice according to the directions on box.
    Set aside, keeping rice hot.
    Add 2 tablespoons tomato paste.
    Add 3 or 4 beef bouillon cubes, crushed.
    Add meat, halfway cooked.
    Simmer 1 hour or until meat is tender.
    Serve over hot rice.
