Parsley Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 2 lb. small potatoes
1/4 c. water
1 Tbsp. minced parsley
2 Tbsp. butter
dash of salt and pepper
Preparation

Cut a 1/2-inch strip of peel from around the middle of each potato.
Place potatoes in 2-quart casserole dish.
Add water. Cover with lid and cook at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.
Drain potatoes and stir in parsley, butter, salt and pepper.
Makes 4 servings.
