Mock Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9 1/4 oz.) can tuna
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 Tbsp. baking powder
2 slices white bread
1 1/2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg, beaten
Preparation

Drain oil from tuna and put tuna in a small bowl.
Break bread into small piece, add to tuna.
Add all other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Shape into cakes, fry in hot oil until brown.
