Mexican Cornbread Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 green peppers, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. yellow corn meal
    1 c. condensed milk
    16 oz. can creamed corn
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. bacon fat
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. chili powder
    red pepper
Preparation
    Lightly oil a heavy skillet over high heat and brown the meat. Add the onion and peppers and cook until tender, about 4 minutes. In large mixing bowl, combine the cornmeal, milk, creamed corn, eggs, bacon fat and soda.
    Mix thoroughly.
