Pansy'S Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. oil
4 c. raw apples, diced but not peeled
nuts

Preparation

Beat all ingredients together by hand, adding apples and nuts last.
Put in greased and floured tube pan.
Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
