Deluxe Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. cornmeal (self-rising)
    2 eggs
    1 small can cream corn
Preparation
    Beat eggs, then mix in sour cream, oil and corn.
    Add cornmeal.
    Bake in 8 x 8-inch pan for 40 to 45 minutes at 375\u00b0. Can be doubled for 9 x 13-inch pan.
