Blueberry Buckle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. soft shortening
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    2 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. drained blueberries
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Mix thoroughly sugar, shortening and egg. Stir in milk.
    Add flour, baking powder and salt.
    Stir.
    Blend in berries.
    Spread in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with crumb topping.
    Bake 45 to 50 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
