Pork Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 c. rice
5 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
18 oz. 1/2-inch cubes pork
1 onion
1 green pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. salad oil
1 Tbsp. sesame oil
2 Tbsp. shortening
little black pepper
Preparation

Boil rice in a little less water than you normally would the night before you will fry it.
Refrigerate.
