Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) standard pie crust or graham cracker crust
    4 egg yolks
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    1/2 c. fresh squeezed lime juice (preferably Key limes)
    whipped cream
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks for about 1 minute or until frothy and a deep lemon
    color.
    Add
    can
    of milk and beat\tfor
    another minute. Keeping
    beaters
    going,
    slowly
    add
    lime
    juice. Mixture will thicken immediately, beat until well combined and smooth.
    Turn filling into cooled pie crust and chill
    for
    at least 4 hours. Add whipped cream and serve.
