Parmesan Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 pieces chicken
    1 c. instant potato flakes
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 egg
    1 tsp. milk
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Mix together dry ingredients.
    Beat together milk and egg. Roll chicken in egg mixture.
    Then roll in potato flake mixture. Melt a stick of margarine in a casserole dish.
    Place chicken in the dish and roll in margarine.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until juices run clear and chicken is golden brown.
