Carrots Vichy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. boiling water
    1/4 c. butter
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    5 c. carrots, sliced
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. parsley, snipped
Preparation
    Combine water, butter, salt, nutmeg, pepper and sugar with carrots.
    Simmer, covered, 8 to 10 minutes, or until tender-crisp. Stir in lemon juice and parsley before serving.
