Sesame-Sour Cream Meatballs(Makes 4 Dozen Meatballs) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2/3 c. minced onion
    1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1/8 tsp. ground ginger
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. beef broth
    Sesame-Sour Cream Sauce
    toasted sesame seed
Preparation
    Combine ground beef, onion, bread crumbs, egg, milk, salt, pepper and ginger in a large bowl. Shape into 1-inch meatballs. Heat oil and butter over medium heat in skillet.
    Add meatballs and brown on all sides.
    Add broth. Cover and simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
    Prepare Sesame-Sour Cream Sauce.
    Place hot meatballs in serving bowl; top with sauce.
    Sprinkle with toasted sesame seed. Garnish as desired.
