Glazed Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    carrots, diced or in shoestrings
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. salt or less
    pinch of pepper
Preparation
    Cook carrots only until still a little crisp, not soft. Cook remaining ingredients and pour over carrots.
