Pineapple Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 stick melted oleo
    3 beaten eggs
    1 can crushed pineapple
    1 c. coconut
    2 unbaked pie shells
Preparation
    Blend sugar and flour.
    Add oleo, then add eggs, pineapple and coconut.
    Mix well.
    Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 about 1 hour.
    Freezes well.
