Layered Green Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head iceberg lettuce
    1/2 c. thin sliced green onions
    1 c. sliced celery
    1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
    4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    3 tomatoes, cut in wedges
Preparation
    Shred lettuce onto bottom of 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Sprinkle with onions, celery and water chestnuts.
    Break peas apart and sprinkle over all and add shredded cheese.
    Combine sugar, cheese, salt and garlic powder, mixing well.
