Italian Breakfast Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pork sausage
1 (8 count) can crescent rolls
1 c. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
5 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Brown sausage and drain.
Spread rolls over pizza pan, sealing seams.
Layer sausage, potatoes and cheese.
Combine eggs, milk and pepper.
Pour over pan.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until set.
