Baked Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can crushed pineapple
    2 eggs, slightly beaten or egg substitute
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together.
    Pour into a 1-quart casserole. Sprinkle with cinnamon and dot with butter.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0 until set.
    Can be served warm or at room temperature.
    Can be refrigerated.
