Spring Temptation Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. boiling water
1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 c. orange or lemon sherbet
2 c. thawed Cool Whip
2 c. mini marshmallows
1 (8 oz.) can drained pineapple, crushed
1 prepared (9 oz.) graham cracker crumb crust
Preparation

Stir boiling water into Jell-O in medium bowl for 2 minutes or until dissolved.
Stir in sherbet; mix until melted.
Refrigerate 25 minutes or until slightly thickened.
Fold in Cool Whip, marshmallows and pineapple.
Pour into crust.
Freeze until firm. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
