Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crabmeat, cooked and flaked (do not use imitation!)
    2 slightly beaten eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. catsup
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 Tbsp. pickle relish
    1 Tbsp. diced onion
    approximately 1/2 c. cracker crumbs (to bind mixture together)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, mixing with a fork.
    Form into 7 or 8 thick patties.
    Coat both sides with finely crushed saltine cracker crumbs on waxed paper and fry in skillet with minimum hot Crisco until lightly browned on each side.
