Pam'S Butter Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. (scant) self-rising flour
    3/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. almond or vanilla extract
Preparation
    Soften margarine in microwave; add sugar.
    Add eggs.
    Put extract in milk.
    Add flour and milk to margarine and sugar, alternating.
    Bake in a 9 x 12-inch pan for 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Top with strawberries or peaches.
