Good Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
3 lb. Ricotta cheese
8 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. Amaretto

Preparation

Make the cake according to directions in a big bowl.
Mix in the remaining ingredients and divide into 2 glass dishes (long), 9 x 13-inches.
First the cake mix, then cheese mix.
Makes two dishes.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until golden brown on the bottom.
