Sweet And Sour Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. lard
    1 c. pineapple juice
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Coat pork chops with mixture of paprika, salt, pepper, ginger and flour.
    Brown in lard in skillet.
    Add pineapple juice and vinegar.
    Sprinkle with brown sugar.
    Simmer for 40 minutes. Yield: 6 servings.
