Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    3 Tbsp. water
    flour (enough to make dough stiff)
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Roll very thin on a floured board.
    Sprinkle a little flour on dough and let dry for 30 minutes.
    Cut and drop into broth.
    Let boil over slow fire for 30 minutes without raising lid.
