Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    2 c. tomato juice
    2 c. Minute rice
    1 can pitted olives
    salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
    salsa
Preparation
    Brown ground meat in large frying pan, breaking it up as it cooks.
    Drain fat.
    Add onion and bell pepper.
    Saute with meat until tender.
    Add tomato juice, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Add salsa in amount necessary to make spicy for your taste.
    Bring mixture to a boil.
    Add rice and olives.
    Stir, cover and remove from heat.
    Let stand, covered, at least five minutes before serving.
