Quick Chili Relleno - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
2 (4 oz.) cans diced green chilies
3 eggs, beaten
1 lb. can stewed tomatoes
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease 1-quart baking dish.
Place 1/2 of cheese in baking dish and cover with chilies. Pour eggs over cheese and chilies. Add the stewed tomatoes.
Top with remaining cheese. Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and slightly brown.
