1 c. diagonally sliced celery
1 bay leaf, crumbled
1 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp. paprika
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. flour
1 1/3 c. fresh shrimp*
1 1/3 c. hot cooked rice
