Feather Sponge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 egg yolks
    1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. orange and lemon flavorings
    1 1/2 c. sifted cake flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    6 egg whites
    3/4 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored.
    Add water and continue beating until very thick.
    Gradually add sugar and extract.
    Sift flour with salt 3 times.
    Fold in egg yolk mixture a little at a time.
    Beat egg whites until foamy and then add cream of tartar.
    Beat until real moist and glossy looking.
    Fold this into first mixture.
    Bake in ungreased pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour. Remove from oven, invert pan and completely cool before removing from the pan. cut into 3 layers and fill with the filling.
