Gourmet Veal Burger - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 ground veal steaks
    1/2 lb. coarsely chopped mushrooms
    1 coarsely chopped green pepper
    1 coarsely chopped onion
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    In large frying pan, saute butter, onion, green pepper and mushrooms.
    Broil ground veal steaks until brown on both sides. Serve on a toasted bun topped with the sauteed mixture.
    Season to taste.
