Cinnamon Raisin Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups all purpose flour
    1 1/2 Tbsp sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp salt
    3 Tbsp chilled stick margarine, cut into small pieces
    1/2 cup raisins
    3/4 cup 1% low fat milk
    1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar
    1 Tbsp 1% low fat milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
