Porcupine Meatballs In Chili Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground chuck
    1/2 c. Minute rice
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, finely chopped
    1 can tomato juice
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    3 Tbsp. oregano
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce (optional)
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin (optional)
Preparation
    Combine ground chuck, rice, onion and bell pepper.
    Form into small to medium balls.
    In large saucepan, combine remaining ingredients.
    Bring chili sauce to boil over medium heat.
    Add meatballs.
    Cook for 10 minutes.
    Reduce to simmer for 20 minutes. May be served over hot rice.
