Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. butter
3/4 c. chicken broth
boned chicken (optional)
Preparation

Sift flour, salt and baking powder together.
Put into a bowl and stir in, slowly, butter and broth.
Drop by tablespoonfuls into a pan of boiling salted chicken broth.
Cover the pan and let boil slowly for about ten or fifteen minutes.
Drop in boned chicken and simmer.
