Carolina Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. diced apples
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Mix oil, sugar and eggs together.
Sift flour, soda and salt together; add to mixture.
Mix thoroughly.
Add vanilla, apples and nuts.
Pour into greased and floured tube cake pan; bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
