Chopstick Tuna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    1 family size can tuna
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. sliced celery
    1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles (2 c.)
    1/2 c. salted toasted cashew nuts
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Combine soup and water; add 1 cup of chow mein noodles, tuna, celery, nuts and onion.
    Toss lightly.
    Place in ungreased 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle over with remaining noodles. Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes or until heated through.
    If you double recipe, bake in larger baking dish for 25 minutes.
    Can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated.
