Alice'S Spanish Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops, center cut and extra thick
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 bell pepper, sliced
    2 ribs celery, sliced
    3 carrots, sliced lengthwise
    6 small potatoes, sliced
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Campbell's tomato soup
    1 soup can water
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in vegetable oil.
    Place in large casserole. Top with remaining ingredients.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 2 hours or until tender.
    This is a meal in itself.
    Serve with tossed salad.
