Egg Strata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    12 to 16 oz. frozen hash browns
    1 c. Swiss cheese, grated
    2 to 3 Tbsp. margarine
    6 eggs
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Saute sausage until brown; remove from skillet and drain. Place sausage in bottom of casserole.
    In same skillet, melt oleo; lightly saute thawed hash browns.
    Cover sausage with hash browns; sprinkle cheese on top.
    Beat eggs; add milk and salt.
    Pour over ingredients in casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
