Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
3 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn
3 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease 1-quart casserole dish.
In 2-quart saucepan, melt butter or margarine.
Stir in flour, sugar and salt until blended.
Slowly stir in milk and cook, stirring constantly until thickened.
Remove from heat; stir in corn and eggs.
Pour into casserole dish and bake 1 hour or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
