Chile Con Queso - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    3 cans green chiles, peeled
    1 large ripe tomato
    3 Tbsp. onion juice
    2 large cloves of garlic
    pinch of oregano
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut cheese into pieces. Chop the peeled chiles and the peeled tomato; add the other ingredients. Cook in the top of a double boiler, stirring occasionally. Serve hot with Fritos, tostados or crackers. This mixture should cook or rather melt down, about 3 hours. If possible, serve in a chafing dish or in some utensil over hot water.
