Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken or 4 to 6 breasts, boiled
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. water
    1/3 c. cornstarch
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. pineapple juice
    1 bell pepper, diced
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
    1 can mandarin oranges, drained
    20 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained
    2 c. rice
Preparation
    Boil vinegar, sugar and water.
    Mix together cornstarch, brown sugar and pineapple juice.
    Add to liquid, cook until thickens. Saute pepper, onions and chestnuts.
    Add oranges, pineapple and chicken.
    Pour thickened mixture over.
    Cook rice as directed. Serve chicken over rice or Chinese noodles, if preferred.
