Congress Tarts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. flour
1/4 lb. butter
2 tsp. baking powder
raspberry jam
1/2 c. plus sugar (4 oz.)
2 eggs
3 tsp. almond essence
Preparation

Make pie crust.
Either your own or pie crust mix.
Cut pie crust with cutter and line muffin tins.
Put teaspoon of jam on pie crust and then large tablespoon of batter mix on top.
Bake until golden brown at 300\u00b0 to 350\u00b0.
