Carrot Puff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. carrots, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 c. butter or margarine
3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. real vanilla
Preparation

Grease an 8-inch square baking dish.
Steam or boil carrots until tender (about 20 minutes).
Place margarine, eggs, sugar, flour, baking powder and vanilla in blender.
Add carrots a little at a time and puree the mixture.
Pour into greased baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
