Rainbow Delight Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    angel food cake, cooled and split horizontally to make 3 layers
    2 c. chilled whipping cream
    1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    food coloring
    almond extract
    rum extract
    peppermint extract
Preparation
    Beat whipping cream and confectioners sugar until stiff.
    To 2 cups of frosting stir in several drops of yellow food coloring and 1/2 teaspoon almond extract.
    To 1 cup of frosting, add red food coloring and 1/2 teaspoon rum extract to make pink.
