Crunchy Potato Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. very stiff mashed potatoes
    2 c. finely chopped fully cooked ham
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 to 4 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 3/4 c. corn flakes, crushed
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine the potatoes, ham, cheese, mayonnaise, egg, mustard and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Add enough of the flour to make a stiff mixture.
    Chill and shape into 1-inch balls.
    Roll in corn flakes.
    Place on a greased baking sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Serve hot.
    Yields about 6 dozen.
