Sour Cream Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. oleo
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. dark corn syrup
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1 1/4 c. pecans
Preparation
    Cream the oleo and sugar until light and fluffy.
    Add slightly beaten eggs, syrup and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Stir in chopped pecans and sour cream.
    Pour in unbaked pie shell and garnish with whole pecans.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
