Spinach, Sausage And Cheese Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. manicotti shells
    2 c. Ricotta cheese
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella
    1/2 c. shredded Parmesan
    1 tsp. minced garlic (1 clove)
    1 egg
    1/4 lb. pork sausage
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, thawed
    1 jar spaghetti sauce (your choice)
    1/2 c. Mozzarella
Preparation
    Brown sausage; drain. Cook pasta according to package directions. Mix together remaining ingredients; add sausage. Cover bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with 3 tablespoons spaghetti sauce. Fill pasta with cheese mixture and place in pan. Cover with remaining sauce and 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella. Bake, covered, 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven. Uncover; cook 10 minutes, until cheese is bubbly.
