Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. Crisco
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg
Preparation
    Add Crisco to first 3 ingredients with fork until crumbly. Mix water, vinegar and egg.
    Beat slightly.
    Pour over first mixture and mix well.
    Chill 15 minutes or overnight.
    Makes 4 to 5 crusts.
    Can freeze if needed.
